文化创意产业正席卷全球,英国是其发源地,在发展模式、政策方面也是最全面和成熟的。作者分析了英国发展创意产业的原因、背景、措施和成效,阐述了我国发展文化创意产业的必要性,并结合我国实际情况提出相关政策建议。
Nowadays cultural creative industry is sweeping across the world, with U.K. as its source. The developmental mode and policies of U.K. is the most full and mature. The author analyzes the causes, background, policy steps and result of U.K. developing Creative Industries; reveals that it is necessary for our country to develop Creative Industries; and presents recommendations for policy making according to our country's real condition.
