三月桂酸单丁基锡作PVC热稳定剂的研究 被引量:2

摘要 用刚果红试纸测试加入三月桂酸单丁基锡的PVC的静态热稳定性,用流变仪测试其动态热稳定性。与PVC二月桂酸二丁基锡比较,加入三月桂酸单丁基锡的PVC的脱HCl温度大致一样,初期热稳定更好,而长期热稳定性较差;三月桂酸单丁基锡与硬脂酸钙复配比例为4∶1、与硬脂酸钡复配比例为7∶3、与环氧大豆油复配比例为2∶5,协同效应最好。 Thermal stabilizer of butyl tin trilaurate for PVC was studied.The static thermal stability of PVC was tested by means of Congo Red Method, while the dynamic thermal stability was tested by means of brabender rheometer. The results showed that the dehydrochlorination temperature of PVC mixed with butyl tin trilaurate was the same as that of PVC mixed with dibutyl tin dilaurate. The short-term heat stability was better,but the long-term heat stability was worse And it was found that butyl tin trilaurate had good synergistic effect with Ca(st)_2, Ba(st)_2 and epoxidized soybean oil, and when the compouding ratio of butyl tin trilaurate with Ca(st)_2,Ba(st)_2 and epoxidized soybean oil was 4∶1,7∶3 and 2∶5 respectively,the synergistic effect was the best.
