摘要
“十一五”期间,技术创新将已成为经济增长的重要因素。研究贵州省如何通过构建有效的投融资平台,提高企业技术创新能力,推动全省经济快速增长,具有重要的现实意义。贵州省需要建立投资机制,积极拓展项目融资、租赁融资等多种投融资方式,使欠发达地区逐步形成以政府投入为导向,企业投入为主体,银行贷款为支撑,社会集资为补充的多元化投融资体系。
During 'the Eleventh Five-Year Plan' period, the technological innovation will become the important factor of economic growth. It is very important to study how to improve enterprise's technological innovation ability through structuring the effective investment and financing platform in Guizhou province. Guizhou province need to set up a mechanism of investing, expand project financing and lease financing and many other kinds of investment. A multi-investment and financing system will be formed with the enterprise investment as the main part, the bank loan as the supportive and the social fund-raising as the supplementary.
