摘要
介绍了一种高精度光固化快速成形机控制系统的结构,并就其软硬件特点给予详细阐述,光固化成形机控制系统的设计紧紧围绕SLA成形工艺,以实现高精度为目标。该系统现已投入使用,取得了良好的效果。
Control system of precise Stereolithography Apparatus has been described with expatiation of the characteristic of software and hardware. The design of the control system has been completed according to the Stereolithography manufacturing craft in order to own the high precision.The control system has been applied to HRPL rapid prototyping system recently with good products.
