摘要
唐汉钧教授认为臁疮的病因是“腐”、“瘀”、“虚”的存在 ,而“虚”、“瘀”是臁疮久治不愈的病理基础 ,因此在内治方面制定相应的“清”、“通”、“补”的治疗原则。外治方面则根据创面所处阶段不同 。
Dr.TANG han-jun believes the main causes of are“slough”、“blood statsis”、“weakness”,and“weakness”,“blood statsis”are the basic pathology of lower limbs ulcer.Therefore,internal treatment should be set up toward“clean”“remove blood statsis”“invigorate”;external treatment will be set up according to different phases of wounds,utlizing various combination treatment.
