摘要
研究了混合驱动可控压力机机电系统的动力学问题。应用拉格朗日方程建立了2自由度七杆混合驱动压力机的动力学模型;根据直流电动机、永磁无刷直流伺服电动机的等效电路模型,分别建立了它们的动力学模型和负反馈控制模型;用四阶龙格一库塔方法对混合驱动压力机机电系统进行了求解和动力学仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。
The dynamic formulation of the electromechanical coupling system for a programmable mechanical press is studied. The dynamic model of two DOF seven-bar linkages is developed using Lagrange's equation. According to the equivalent circuit of the dc motor and the brushless servomotor, their dynamic model and negative feed back model are developed separately. The forth order Runge-Kutta method, an explicit method, is chosen as the integration technique of computer simulation and the time history of the hybrid-driven press is obtained. Simulation results verified the feasibility of programmable mechanical press.
