摘要
复合磺酸钙基润滑脂是一类新型多效润滑脂,具有良好的高低温性、剪切安定性、极压抗磨性、氧化安定性、抗水性和防锈抗腐蚀性等,广泛用于冶金、汽车、建筑等行业。介绍了复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的组成、结构和性能特征,探讨了复合磺酸钙的稠化机理,分析了复合磺酸钙的组分对润滑脂理化性能和摩擦学性能的影响。
Calcium Sulfonate Complex grease is a new kind of multipurpose grease.The new kind of grease has good performances in high or low temperatures,and also has good resistivity against clipping and rubbing friction. The calcium sulfonate complex grease is suitable for automobiles,metallurgy,with other machinery equipment.The effect of component of calcium sulfonate complex on physical and chemical performance as well as friction property of grease were analyzed.
