日粮中复合添加剂水平与肉仔鸡胴体特性关系研究

摘要 以1日龄、健康的艾维茵(Avian)肉仔鸡630只(公母各半)为试验动物,以自制的肉鸡用复合维生素、复合微量元素和复合生物活性物质添加剂为试验因素,采用3因子5水平二次通用旋转组合设计,平分成21个组(其中设1个对照组),得到15种施用水平组合及其15种试验日粮,进行49d饲养试验。结果表明:采食1号日粮第1组试鸡,测定的试验指标都较佳:胸肌/活重、腹脂率、pH、系水力分别达到14.84%、1.51%、6.34和82.44%,极显著1地优于对照组15.22%、11.18%、11.23%和20.56%(P<0.01);试验条件下,肉鸡胴体特性的主要指标与3种复合添加剂的施用水平密切相关,经回归分析得出它们在日粮中最佳添加水平是复合维生素为1672.498mg/kg、复合微量元素为5649.997mg/kg和复合生物活性物质为2146.697mg/kg。 630 one-day-old healthy Avian broilers were randomly divided into 21 groups (one control and 20 treatments) and 30 broilers in each qroup,using multi-vitamin,compound trace elements and compound active material additive as factors.The experiment was conducted with twenty-one group broilers fed fifteen experiment diets determined by the three-factor,five-level,binary orthogonal rotary modular design for 49 days.The results showed that the groupⅠbroiler fed with No.Ⅰdiets had the best indexes:The rate of chest muscle to live weight ,abdominal fat rate,pH value,water holding capacity was 14.84 %,1.51 %,6.34 and 82.44 %,respectively, which was better than the control groups by 12.22 %,11.18 %,11.23 % and 20.56 %, and was obviously different from the control group(P < 0.01). The result suggested that the major trait index had close relationship with the level of each compound additive in broilers.The suitable levels of additive were 1672.497 mg/kg multi-vitamin,5649.997 mg/kg compound trace elements and 2146.697 mg/kg compound active material additive.
