摘要
中国是世界第一焦炭生产大国,但我国焦化厂炼焦用煤普遍存在含水量偏高(10%左右)的问题.采用煤调湿技术,将焦化厂入炉煤稳定在5%~6%,可降低炼焦耗热量,提高焦炉生产能力,改善焦炭质量,延长焦炉寿命.介绍了煤调湿技术进展及在日本和我国应用的情况,指出煤调湿是我国焦化工业今后重点开发和推广的技术之一.
This paper describes the advantages of coal moisture control process.The raw gas ,the flue gas or the back-pressure vapour from the power generator of the coke dry quenching installation can be used to make the coal charging for the coke oven attain the moisture as desired.The third generation of fluidized bed coal moisture control process is mainly introduced .
