Endothelin-1与前列腺癌及其骨转移
摘要
前列腺癌细胞endothelin -1(ET -1)表达水平升高。肿瘤细胞通过自分泌和旁分泌ET -1能够影响细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭以及血管生成和骨的重塑 。
