摘要
端盖密封装置的设计是高压容器设计的重要环节。通过对目前应用的高压容器端盖密封装置结构形式的比较,表明轴向抗剪螺栓连接的高压端盖密封装置是比较理想的密封装置。在一般抗剪螺栓和扁平螺栓基础上研究开发的D形螺栓连接高压密封装置能实现容器端盖的快开。
The design of end cover is the important link of pressure vessel design. By means of comparison on structure type of end cover sealing device for applied high pressure vessel at present, denoted that; the high pressure end cover sealing device connected with axial shear resistance bolt was the more ideal sealing device. Based on the common shear resistance bolt and flat bolt, the D-shape was developed. The high pressure end cover sealing device connected with D- shape could realize the quick open of vessel end cover.
