摘要
对一稿多投进行了界定 ,指出一稿多投严重损害了期刊的利益 ,即使不构成重复发表也不值得提倡。认为增强作者与编者的著作权意识 ,并在两者间建立起互相尊重与信任的沟通机制 ,不失为一帖遏制一稿多投的良药。
The concept of multi-contribution of one paper is defined. Multi-contribution infringes the benefits of journals seriously. Even if the duplicate publication does not come true, the multi-contribution can not be encouraged. Enhancing the copyright consciousness of both authors and editors and setting up a communication mechanism of mutual respect and trust between them will be beneficial to stop the multi-contribution of one paper.
