摘要
提出了用黄铁矿加硫酸处理锰铁帽矿分离锰银的方法,简要介绍了该方法的基本原理,详细考查了影响锰浸出的各种因素,提出了添加铁离子强化高价锰矿浸出的方法。实验表明,该方法可以使锰的浸出率达到98%以上,渣含锰小于3%,原矿中的银基本上全部保留在浸锰渣中,有效地实现了锰银分离的目的。
The method of separating Mn-Ag from manganese gossan by H2SO4-FeS2 system is proposed in this paper. Its basic principle is briefly introduced. The factors affecting the leaching of manganese are tested carefully. A new method for intensifying the leaching of manganese from the gossan by addition of Fe3+ is proposed too. The result shows that leaching ratio of manganese is above 98%, and the manganese content in leaching slime is below 3%. Ag is concentrated in the slime. Mn and Ag in the ore have been separated efficiently.
