摘要
诸葛菜是一种十分珍贵的野生油料作物种源。从农艺性状、种子含油量、菜苔氨基酸含量、食用安全性等方面，概述了诸葛菜的研究现状。并提出了在我国开发诸葛菜系列产品，如：保健食用油、脱水保鲜菜苔、菜汁营养饮料，以及作为饲料添加剂的利用前景。
Orychophragmus violaceus is a very valuable seed source of wild oil crops.The studied pres-ence on its agricultural properties,oil content of seed,amino acid content of scape and edible secu-rity, etc. were summarized in this paper.Furthermore,the suggestions for developing Orychophragmus violaceus's series products,i.e.,healthy cooking oil,fresh dewatering scape,nu-trient vegetable juice drink and feed additive etc. were put forward.
