摘要
金融制度通过金融产权形式进而使金融组织的行为决定了金融发展的可能空间。但是 ,确立和维持制度的交易成本及其变化 ,又使金融发展和经济增长对金融制度变迁形成反馈作用。我国国有金融制度变迁的缓慢 ,使金融因素成为经济转型与发展的制约因素 。
Financial institution determines financial development by means of financial property rights and financial body's behavior. The transaction cost and the changes arising from the establishment and maintain of institution make financial development and economic growth produce a feedback upon the changes of financial institution. The slow change of our state-owned financial institution makes financial factor bring about constrains on economic transformation and progress, which provides an inverse example for the theory.
