摘要
目的: 探讨荔枝核对小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用化学中毒四氯化碳(CCl4 ) 和硫代乙酰胺 (TAA) 致肝损伤小鼠模型, 设荔枝核高、低剂量组, 空白对照组,模型对照组, 联苯双酯组共 5组, 分别给药, 观察各组小鼠肝损伤的情况。结果: 荔枝核能明显降低CCl4和TAA引起中毒小鼠模型血清谷草转氨酶 (AST)、谷丙转氨酶 (ALT) 的活性; 各给药组的血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) 活性升高, 丙二醛 (MDA) 的含量明显降低。结论: 荔枝核对小鼠实验性肝损伤有保护作用。
Objective: To study protective effect of Litchi seed of Experimental Liver Injury in mice. Method:The acute Liver-injured mice model induced by toxicant chemicals on Carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4 ) and thioacetamide(TAA). Results: Litchi seed could markedly decrease the activity of mice serum AST caused by CCl 4 and TAA (P<0.01),there is also reducing trend on serum ALT. The activity of serum SOD increase and the content of serum MDA decrease obviously in the groups remedied. Conclusion: Litchi seed is of protective effect on experimental liver injury in mice.
