摘要
为了对整个车身制造过程实施快速、准确的控制,提出了基于数据驱动的面向白车身制造的质量信息流管理体系,实现了车身制造质量信息的数字化、网络化和智能化。论述了质量信息流管理系统的建立以及各信息模块的功能。通过实际质量案例分析表明,所建立的质量信息流管理系统可及时发现并解决质量问题。
In order to conduct fast and accurate control on the whole BIW manufacture process the quality information flow management system used for data-driven BIW manufacture is presented,and digitalization,network solution and intelligentization of BIW manufacture quality information management are realized.Establishment of quality information management system and functions of different information modules are discussed.It is shown by actual quality sample analysis that,with the developed quality information management system,quality problems can be found and solved in time.
