添加石墨对中间相炭微球制备的影响 被引量:10

EFFECT OF GRAPHITE ADDITION ON PREPARATION OF MESOCARBON MICROBEADS

摘要 以煤焦油沥青为原料,天然鳞片石墨为添加剂,采用聚合法制备中间相炭微球。研究了天然鳞片石墨添加量对中间相炭微球形成及生长的影响,发现在相同热处理条件下,添加石墨有使微球直径减小、分布均匀的趋势。添加一定量的石墨使中间相炭微球的收率增加。 MCMB is prepared from coal tar pitch with or without natural flake-like graphite. The effect of the content of the natural flake-like graphite on the formation and growth of MCMB is studied. It has been found that in comparison to the MCMB without adding graphite, the MCMBs made in the presence of graphite under the same heat-treatment conditions tend to have smaller size, larger yield and more uniform size distribution. It seems that the graphite flakes help to enhance the formation of and to inhibit the growth and coalescence of the MCMBs.
