摘要 研究了在酸性溶液中有保护剂存在条件下,SO与Ba形成均匀的BaSO_4微粒悬浮于溶液中,其最大吸收峰波长为480nm,反应酸度pH=1.1~1.5,SO含量在0~20μg/ml范围内服从朗伯-比耳定律,植物中大部份常见阳离子不干扰,操作简便、快迅,能达到满意的测定效果。 The creation of BaSO_4 from SO and Ba ̄(2+) which are homogeneously suspended insolution is studied under the condition of the existence of acid solution which acts as protetive liquldamong which the wavelength of the abeorption is 480nm ,the acid reaction is pH=1.1~1.5 SO inthe range of 0~20mg/mc should be controlled by lambert-Beer Law. There is no interruption of mostcations in plant so that it is easy and fast to manage and the satisfactory results can be obtained.
