摘要
研究了一种新型智能口腔矫治器,其采用单片机控制步进电机的转动,进而带动螺杆驱动患者下颌前伸,可以精确控制前伸量,并且可与其他监测软件同时监控。治疗医生可以根据病人的实际情况,在计算机软件界面上设定前伸量,既可以手动控制每次前伸的位移,也可以预先设置后由系统自动运行,不影响医生夜间的睡眠。
In this paper, a new mouth cavity correct apparatus by single-chip microcomputer is put forward. A step motor is controlled by single - chip microcomputer and drives mandible to protrude. Thus the mandible displacement can be controlled accurately. According to patients ' condition, the doctor not only can control mandible displacement each time by hand but also can run the system automatically with presetting value. The system performed very well in clinical test.
