摘要
文章介绍了一种基于 5 5 5时基集成电路的数字化温度测量电路及其工作原理。由热电阻感受温度的高低 ,输出电阻的变化量 ,5 5 5多谐振荡电路将测量到的电阻变化量转换为脉冲宽度的变化 ,通过单片机定时器测出脉冲宽度 ,由脉冲宽度查表即可求出被测温度。电路既可本地显示测量数据 ,又具有数据远传的功能。
The paper introduces a kind of digital temperature measure circuit based on 555 time base integrated circuit and its operation principle. The thermal resistance senses temperature and changes its electric resistance, the surge pulse-width of 555 integrated circuit is changed according to the electric resistance varieties, and the surge pulse-width may be measured by timer of MCU, and the temperature is found from table with pulse-width. This circuit may display measure data and may transfer the data far away also.
