摘要
研究了Zr对CuZnAl记忆合金性能稳定性的影响。结果表明:Zr可降低马氏体稳定化倾向,并使合金的中温稳定性增强。X射线衍射证实,中温时效时,Zr的加入抑制合金中马氏体有序度的下降与平衡相的析出,这可能与晶粒细化导致过饱和空位浓度的改变有关。
ffect of Zr addition on the property stability of CuZnAl alloy was investigated. It showed. Zr- doped could reduce martensite stabilization trend and improve property stability in the mid-temperature. X-ray diffraction results showed that Zr restrained the variation of order parameter and the formation of equilibrium phase when the alloy aged in the mid-temperature.This might have relation with the change of excess vacancy concentration which resulted from grain refining.
