摘要
目的 :探讨血清心肌酶谱活性检测在新生儿窒息时的临床应用价值 .方法 :对 192例窒息新生儿和 34例正常新生儿分别测定血清中谷草转氨酶 (AST) ,乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH) ,肌酸磷酸激酶 (CK)及肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶 (CK -MB)并进行资料分析 .结果 :窒息新生儿心肌酶异常 ,其程度与窒息轻重成正比 ,差异显著 (P <0. 0 1) .结论 :血清中CK -MB作为判断新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的生化指标特异性较强 .
Objective: To discuss the clinical values of detection of myocardial zymogram in serum during the asphyxia of neonate.Methods: The AST, LDH, CK and CK-MB of 192 suffocated neonates and 34 normal neonates were measured, and the measure data were analyzed.Results: The myocardial zymogram in serum of suffocated neonates was abnormal, especially CK-MB.And the abnormality increased as the degree of suffocation increased, compared with the normal group (P<0.01).Conclusion: K-MB in serum can be an index for the specific evaluation of anoxia and ischemia damage to myocardium.
