摘要
目的 了解当地蔬菜中有机磷、氨基甲酸酯、菊酯类农药的污染情况。 方法 分冬春、夏秋两个阶段采集农贸市场和生产基地的蔬菜 ,当天送实验室进行样品处理 ,用气相色谱法和液相色谱法对 3大类 12种农药进行检测。 结果 有机磷类农药在各类蔬菜中分布较广 ,阳性率高 ,最高达 41.9% ;氨基甲酸酯、菊酯类农药在四类蔬菜中均有不同程度存在 ,以瓜茄类、叶菜类含量普遍 ,阳性率高达 5 1.8%和 41.9%。 结论 3大类农药对蔬菜的污染较为严重 ,应引起有关部门的高度重视 ,加大措施进行综合治理。
Objectirve To study the pesticides pollution degree of organophosphorus, carbamates and pyrethroid contained in local vegetable products. Methods Vegetable samples in local agricultural markets and vegetable products bases were collected in period of Winter-Spring and Summer-Autumn respectively. Send these samples into laboratory and put them under strict examination. Result It indicated that the organophosphorus pesticides were used broadly in vegetable samples, the highest positive rate is up to 41.9%. The carbamate pesticides, and the pyrethroids pesticides also exist in them to some degree, and even higher in melons, eggplants and green vegetables. The highest positive rate reached 51.8% and 41.9% Conclusion By virtue of the serious condition of pesticides pollution contained in the vegetable products,it is high time for government to pay attention and make measures to control.
