摘要
机械控制的 L PG/柴油双燃料发动机难以保证 L PG与柴油的最佳掺烧比 ,满足低碳烟排放 ,低油耗的要求。本文将模糊控制算法应用于 L PG流量的控制 ,设计了以 87C5 5 2单片机为核心的模糊智能控制系统 ,应用于改装后的 L PG/柴油双燃料发动机。以发动机转速和油门拉杆位置为输入量 ,L PG流量为控制量 ,控制规则设计离线进行 ,通过控制量决策表对 L PG流量进行智能控制 ,使发动机的碳烟排放大幅降低 ,燃油消耗有所下降。该系统具有较好的自适应性和鲁棒性。
According to the requirement of a Diesel/LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) dual-fuel engine system, an aptitude electronic control system, which uses PHILIPS 87C552 single-chip as core chip, was designed. In order to decrease the exhaust of PM, CO, and HC and to keep the characteristics of the engine power, the system was used to control LPG flux according various working conditions of an improved engine. Fuzzy logical control system was used to calculate the LPG flux. Taking the placement of fuel delivery bar and rotation speed of engine as input data, LPG flux as output data, the fuzzy logical control rules were established according to the test data and experts' descriptions. All the control rules were determined off-line and the rule table was written in ROM. The bench test indicated that this intelligent control system reduced soot remarkably, and showed a superior robustness and adaptive ability.
