摘要
目的 :多曲NiTi联合Nance托推磨牙远移的效果。方法 :选择AngleⅡ1错牙合上颌轻度前突或牙列拥挤 ,下颌正常或轻度后缩病例 6例 ,制作多曲NiTi方丝弓联合Nance托推磨牙远移 ,为前牙内收拓展间隙。每次复诊时观察磨牙后移情况。结果 :应用该方法推磨牙远移 2～ 4个月后 ,第一磨牙牙合关系达到I类关系。上颌磨牙平均每月向远中移动 1.5～ 2 .3mm。结论 :多曲NiTi联合Nance托推磨牙远移是一种方法简便、安全可靠。
Objective:To study the effects on molar molar distalization by combining the multiple curved NiTi arch with Nance palatal pad.Method: Choose cases of Angle Ⅱ 1 with mild maxillary protrusion or crowding and mandibular retrusion or normal to evaluate the results of the movement of molar backward. Result: After being used square multiple curved arch with Nance palatal pad, the occlusal relationship came back to Angle Ⅰ. The upper molar moved 1.5～2.3 mm distally per month. Conclusion: By combining appliances to treat molar distalization is a simple, safe and effective noncompliance appliance.
