摘要
讨论了从水解角蛋白中提取胱氨酸的影响因素，并指出了其最佳工艺条件。在最佳工艺条件下，以人发为原料的提取率在８．５％以上，猪毛为原料的提取率不低于６．５％。
Factors influencing the extractiOn of cystine from hydrolytic keratin are discussed,Under the best conditions ,the extraction rate of cystine from human hair and pigs′bristles is more than 8.8%and 6.5%respectively。
