摘要
研究了Sr Zr复合处理铝 硅铸造合金的工艺及其对近共晶铝 硅合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,通过Sr Zr复合处理可使近共晶铝 硅合金获得明显的细化效果,平均晶粒度可降至100μm左右,同时共晶硅仍保持良好的变质状态,从而显著提高了合金铸件的强度和塑性。
The technology of Sr-Zr compound treatment of Al-Si cast alloys and its effects on the microstructure and properties of near-eutectic Al-Si cast alloy were studied.It was found that the compound treatment could refine the grain of near-eutectic Al-Si cast alloy obviously and reduce the average dimension of its grain to about (100 μm) with eutectic Si also being in excellent modifying state,as a result there was a significant improvement for mechanical properties of the alloy.
