摘要
由新日本制铁、竹中工务店等5家日本公司设计的“芦屋浜高层住宅”提出了一套产业化的多高层钢结构住宅体系,在体 系构成、建筑部品和施工工法方面,该住宅体系与以往的钢结构住宅相比有诸多创新之处,对我国的钢结构住宅的研究 和推广工作有一定的参考价值。在此,笔者将分两部分介绍该方案的主要内容,包括:体系构成、户型布置、结构设计、墙 板与楼板体系及节点连接详图、施工工法,本文是其中的第一部分。
The Plan of Luwubang High-Rise Residential Building, which is proposed by five Japanese companies, presented an industrialization system of high-rise residential building. There are many creative aspects in the components of building and the construction. The main contents of this system are introduced in two articles. This paper is part one, which shows the details of the eonstitution, the architec ture and structure design.
