摘要
选用LD11合金 ,利用挤压铸造技术生产汽车空调器摇盘 ,避免了金属压力铸造和普通热模锻技术的不足 ,满足了摇盘力学性能指标 :σb≥ 2 80MPa ;δ≥ 10 % ;HB为 10 0~ 12 0。通过对汽车空调器摇盘挤压铸造浇注温度、压力、预热和润滑等工艺参数的确定 ,防止了挤压铸造过程中缺陷的产生 ,为提高摇盘的性能和成品率提供了依据。
The air-conditioner swaying tray of automobile made of LD11 was manufactured by squeezing casting to overcome the demerits in pressure casting and traditional hot-die forging.The mechanical properties of the swaying tray can reach up to σ b≥280 MPa,δ≥10% and HB of 100~120.The defection in squeezing casting was prevented by determining the processing parameters,including pouring temperature,pressure,preheating and lubricant agent,which provides a referrence for improving the properties and product yield of the swaying tray.
