摘要
对四照花和狭叶四照花种子进行不同处理的萌发试验.结果表明四照花种子的发芽率显著高于狭叶四照花种子;干藏1年的狭叶四照花种子的生活力已完全丧失.经用0.05 %赤霉素预处理后沙播的四照花种子,其发芽率极显著高于未使用赤霉素处理的沙播和土播的种子,且种子出苗整齐,发芽快,发芽时间比其提前4~7天;用0.05 %赤霉素处理后沙播的种子和未用赤霉素处理直接土播的种子,其发芽率显著高于未经赤霉素处理而沙播的种子.狭叶四照花仅土播种子与沙播种子间存在差异.试验结果还表明四照花和狭叶四照花种子的萌发需要经过一个低温阶段.
Using different treating methods, seed germination experiment of Dendrobenthanmia japonica and D.angustata was carried out. The experimental results showed that the germination ratio of Dendrobenthanmia japonica was significantly higher than that of D.angustata. The Dendrobenthanmia japonica seed under drought storage for one year lost almost all seed viability.Pretreated by gibberellin of 0.05 %, the germination ratio of Dendrobenthanmia japonica seeds seeded in soil can be significantly heightened, higher than both seeded in soil and sand without treating by gibberellin, moreover, the seeds germinate rapidly and evenly. Using gibberellin shortens the germination time for 4 to 7 days. The seed germination ratios of Dendrobenthanmia japonica pretreated with gibberellin and seeded in sand, and seeded in soil without gibberellin pretreatment are significantly higher than the seeds without pretreatment and seeded in sand. As far as D.angustata is concerned, the difference only exists between the different treatment of seeding medium, soil and sand. The experimental results also showed that the germination of both Dendrobenthanmia japonica and D.angustata need a stage of low temperature.
