摘要
提出了模拟缝合复合材料单层的DPS模型 ,并采用材料力学方法对该模型进行了细观分析 ,给出了缝合复合材料面内弹性常数的预测方法。同时 ,利用本文得到的方法对T30 0 /QY8911缝合复合材料弹性常数进行了预测。通过与试验结果的对比分析证明 ,该预测方法具有非常高的准确性。
For its two advantages, low cost and high damage tolerance, stitched-composites are playing a more and more remarkable role in the area of composites structure. To apply stitched-composites successfully to structure,a very important problem to solve is the method of analyzing stitched-composites. Investigation has shown that calculating stitched-composites with classical laminate theory is a feasible method. The precondition of using classical laminate theory is that the engineering constants of the composites must be known. In this paper, DPS-model simulating stitched-composites ply is established to calculate the elastic engineering constants of stitched-composites.Using this DPS-model, elastic constants of stitched-composites are calculated by microanalysis. During the research, coupons of the same kind of stitched-composites are tested to derive the experimental results of engineering constants. Comparing the calculating results with the testing results shows that the method of using DPS-model to predict elastic engineering constants of stitched-composites is properly exact.
