摘要
通过文献资料、访谈及专家咨询等研究方法,构建了制约浙江省金融系统职工参与休闲体育的四大类因素,即内在心理因素、社会交流因素、结构性因素和家务性因素,并对不同类别职工受不同制约因素的影响水平进行了分析研究。研究结果:浙江省金融系统职工参与休闲体育的制约因素按影响程度大小分别为结构性因素、社会交流因素、家务性因素和内在心理因素,不同类别职工之间存在显著性或非常显著性差异。
With the research methods of literature review, interview and consultation of experts, this paper sets forth four factors restricting staff of Zhejiang financial system from participating in leisure sports: psychology, social communication, structure and housework. Through the investigation and analysis of different restrictions of different staff, it shows that according to the degree of the influence, the order of the factors should be: structure, social communication, housework and psychological factor. And staff of different kinds of jobs have discrepancy or very obvious discrepancy.
