摘要
文中通过对膨胀型钢结构防火涂料膨胀绝热过程的分析 ,导出了膨胀炭质层中的热量传递模型 ,探讨了炭质层结构和性能对耐火极限的影响规律 ,再与实验数据进行对比分析。
The fire retardant and heat insulation processes of fire resistive coatings for steel structures were investigated, and a model of heat transfer from fire to steel was proposed. Compared with the experiment data,the effects of the structure and properties of foamed cellar char on the performance of the fire resistive coatings were discussed. It can be concluded that extending the reaction time of the cellar char and increasing the dense of the inorganic layers can prolong the fire proofing time of steel structure remarkably.
