摘要
基于多体系统运动学理论的基本原理并结合一台专用数控机床,阐述了多体系统的拓扑结构,低序体阵列,以及特征矩阵的构建方法。分析了多体系统有误差运动的基本规律,研究了根据特征矩阵得到综合误差的算法。
Based on the basic principles of multi-body system kinematics and a Appropriation NC machine tool as an example,after the topological structures of mullti-body systems and their low-order-body arraws are expatiated,the composing methods of characteristic matrixes are put forward in the paper.Besides the above,the basic rules of having-error kinematics of multi-body systems are analyzed and some kinds of arithmetic to obtain synthesis volumetric errors based on characteristic matrixes are researched.
