摘要
医院实施军惠医院信息系统 (HIS)后 ,由于存在检查工作站和HIS的接口问题 ,使用中出现了两种情况 :一是停用工作站原报告系统 ,使用HIS报告软件 ,打印、输出文字型报告 ;二是同时使用工作站原报告系统和HIS报告软件 ,在HIS中重复录入检查诊断描述等信息 ,以满足图文报告和临床医生在网上调阅检查诊断结果目的。本文论述了这两种方法存在的问题 ,分析了工作站原报告软件和HIS报告软件的工作流程和有关信息存取要求 ,给出了军惠医院信息系统与检查图像融合的具体实现方法。
After the implement of HIS called”jun hui”in hospital,there are two consequences because of the problems existing in the interface of HIS and checking workstation.One is that we must stop using the software of workstation's former report system,but use the software of HIS report system to print and output the character report.The other is that we can use the software of workstation's former report system and the software of HIS report system at the same time,but we must record the checking information in HIS repeatedly.The second method meets the demands of the reports include both image and character description and is helpful for clinic doctors to read the checking report and diˉagnosis.This article discusses the problems existing in these two methods.Also it analyzes the workflow and the reˉquirements of storing and getting information of both two software report system.Most important,it gives the resoluˉtions to how to make integrate of HIS and image.
