摘要
针对铁路运输特点,从可持续发展、资源利用、对社会的贡献、对行业的贡献、安全以及人文环境六方面研究了铁路运输装备高新技术产品社会效益的评价指标体系,采用熵权法建立评价模型,定量与定性相结合,对我国生产的铁路运输装备高新技术产品———"蓝箭"动车组、"大白鲨"动车组以及韶山9型电力机车进行了综合评价.评价结果表明"蓝箭"动车组的社会效益明显好于其他另外两个产品.
Aimed at the character of the railway transportation, the evaluation indicator system of the social benefits concerning hi_tech products of the railway transportation equipments is studied from the six aspects of the sustainable development, the utilization of the sources, the contribution to the society, the contribution to the industry, the safety and the humanities' environment. With the combination of the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis, the article builds the evaluation model based on the entropy method, making a comprehensive evaluation for hi_tech products of the railway transportation equipments in our country, such as the'Blue Arrow' electric multiple_unit, the 'Big white shark' electric multiple-unit and the 9th type 'Shao Mountain' electric locomotive. The result of the evaluation presents the social benefits of the 'Blue Arrow' is better than the others conspicuously.
