摘要
介绍知识管理的各种概念,从研究对象、研究重点、处理方式、组织地位、所起作用等5个方面对图书情报学和知识管理两者之间的差异进行比较;从研究对象、研究内容、研究方法、技术研究4个方面分析知识管理给图书情报学带来的变革;运用SWOT分析方法对图书情报学的学科竞争力进行评估,探讨知识管理态势下图书情报学的发展策略,并从学科建设和人才培养两个方面提出相应的学科发展建议。
In the first part, various concepts of knowledge management (KM) are introduced arid the authors standpoint is clarified. Then differences between KM and library and information science are introduced from five aspects, and changes that KM brought to library and information science are analyzed from the facets of its objective, contents, methods and techniques. Finally, competitive abilities of library and information science are evaluated with the SWOT method (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), and its development strategies for library and information science are discussed. Furthermore, some suggestions related to discipline construction and professionals cultivation are proposed in this paper.
