联合心脏介入手术诊治2例高龄难治性心脏病 被引量：1

摘要 目的 :报告 2例应用联合心脏介入手术方法诊治高龄难治性心脏病的临床效果。方法 :在局麻下分别为 2例患者行选择性冠状动脉造影术 +永久起搏器植入术和选择性冠状动脉造影术 +心内电生理检查术及射频消融术。结果 :2例患者术后症状消失 ;起搏器植入患者伤口渗血 ,经对症处理后痊愈 ;射频消融患者未出现并发症。结论 :利用联合心脏介入手术治疗高龄难治性心脏疾病疗效显著。它能为高龄难治性心脏病患者提供最终诊断 ,缓解和消除症状 ,高龄患者易于耐受 ,避免一般介入手术多次操作导致的高风险。
