高含量大豆异黄酮对高脂大鼠的降血脂作用 被引量:18

摘要 目的 研究高含量大豆异黄酮(soyisoflavones ,SI)对高脂型大鼠体内血脂水平的影响。方法 国内首次采用异黄酮含量为72 .4%的大豆异黄酮作为受试物,按每公斤体重设3 0、90、2 70mg 3个剂量组,同时设雌激素(己烯雌酚)对照组,与动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis ,AS)高脂模型组、正常饲料对照组,喂饲Wistar大鼠,经一段时间,采尾血测定其体内血脂水平。结果 添加大豆异黄酮的饲料组大鼠血中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL -C) ,apoB含量降低,HDL -C、apoA水平升高(P <0 .0 5 ) ,且成剂量效应关系。结论 大豆异黄酮可通过影响大鼠体内血脂水平抵抗动脉粥样硬化的形成。 Objective To study the influ en ce of high quantity of soy isofalvone's on the content of blood li pid in the serum of atherosclerotic rat. Methods 60 Wistar ra ts were randomly divided in 6 groups.Rats of normal diet control gr oup were fed with normal diet,and rats of the remainder groups were fed with hi gh cholesterol(3.5%),high fat (10%)and 1%hyocholicsalt plus 85% normal diet.3 groups of rats of the high fat diet plus low, medium, high dose SI were fed w ith high content of total isoflavones simultaneously.The dosage were 30 mg/(kg ,bw),90 mg/(kg,bw) and 270 mg/(kg,bw)per day.Rats of the high fat diet plus estrobene as control group was given estrobene 0.25 mg/(kg,bw)per day. After 20 week,rats were killed and have the blood lipid detected. Results Soy isoflavones could lower the level of bloo d lipid in the serum of predisposed with high cholesterol and high rat diets. Conclusions The results suggest soy isoflaovnes may inhibit the formation of atherosclerosis through lowering the le vel of blood lipid.
