摘要
目的研究海洋真菌Alternaliasp.菌株发酵液的化学成分,研究其成分对稻瘟霉的抑制情况,为从海洋微生物代谢产物中寻找新型抗真菌活性物质奠定基础。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据光谱数据鉴定结构。结果从中分离得到6个成分,分别鉴定为对苄氧基苯酚(Ⅰ),对羟基苯乙胺(Ⅱ),3羟甲基8羟基吡咯并哌嗪2,5二酮(Ⅲ),3异丁基6另丁基哌嗪2,5二酮(Ⅳ),5α,8α表二氧麦角甾6,22二烯3β醇(Ⅴ),3β羟基胆甾5烯(Ⅵ)。结论其中化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ对稻瘟霉分生孢子或菌丝体有一定抑制作用;化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ为首次从本属菌中分离得到。
Objective:To study the metabolites of marine fungus Alternalia sp. Method: Compounds were separated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by means of chemical and spectral analysis. Result: Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts of the fermentation of marine fungus Alternalia sp. Their structures were elucidated as p-benzyloxy-phenol (Ⅰ), p-hydroxy phenyl ethylamine(Ⅱ),3-hydroxymethyl-8-hydroxyl-pyrrolopiperazine-2, 5-dione (Ⅲ), 3-isobutyl-6-secbutyl-piperazine-2, 5-dione (Ⅳ), 5α, 8α-epidioxy-ergosta-6, 22-diene-3β-ol (Ⅴ), 3β-hydroxxy-cholesta-5-ene (Ⅵ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ have the activity of inducing morphological deformation of mycelia germinated from conidia of Pyricularia oryzae. Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were isolated from the genus Alternalia for the first time. [
