摘要
指出了有2种趋肤效应,对变动电流趋于导体表面的现象,给出了理论解释.
Two kinds of skin effect were pointed out, and a theoretical explanation was given for the phenomenon that the changing electrical current tends to flow on the surface of a conductor.
