摘要
目的 :了解高原康胶囊对快速进入高原者血清一氧化氮 (NitricOxide ,NO)及白介素 - 1(IL - 1)、白介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )、白介素 - 8(IL - 8)的影响及其意义。方法 :将 80名由平原乘飞机初次进入高原的战士随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组于平原登机前开始给予口服高原康胶囊 ,连服 3日 ,对照组给予安慰剂 ,并对两组进入高原前后的血清NO、IL - 1、IL - 6、IL - 8含量的变化情况及7d内急性高原病 (Acutehighaltitudediseaes ,AHAD)的发病情况进行比较 (NO检测其代谢终产物NO3- /NO2 - )。结果 :进入高原后 ,对照组与平原比较血清NO显著降低 ,IL - 1、IL - 6、IL - 8显著升高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,实验组与平原比较除IL - 8显著升高外 (P <0 0 5 ) ,NO、IL - 1及IL - 6则无显著变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ;而进入高原后两组比较 ,则实验组的血清NO显著高于对照组 ,IL - 1、IL - 6、IL - 8及AHAD发病率显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 0 1)。结论 :高原康胶囊能显著升高快速进入高原者血清NO ,降低血清IL - 1、IL - 6、IL - 8的含量及其发病率 。
Objective: To study the effect and significance of Gaoyuankang capsules on the changes of serum level of Nitric Oxide (NO)?interleukin-1(IL-1)?interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-8(IL-8) content in people swiftly entered plateau. Methods: 80 soldiers, who entered to plateau from plain by airplane on the first time, were divided randomly into experimental group (EG) and control group (CG), The EG were taken Gaoyuankang capsules for three days before they boarded the plane. The CG had taken placebo. The CG had taken placebo. Comparing the changes of serum level of NO?IL-1?IL-6 and IL-8 content before and after entering plateau and the incidence of AHAD (acute high altitude diseases) during 7 days after having entered plateau between the two groups. Results: Serum NO content in the CG after having entered plateau was lower remarkably than that before expose plateau; the serum level of IL-1?IL-6 and IL-8 content in the CG after having entered plateau increased remarkably compared with that before having entered plateau (P<0.001). The serum IL-8 content in EG after having entered plateau increased remarkably compared with that in the plain (P<0.05);the serum NO?IL-1 and IL-6 content didn't change remarkably (P>0.05). After expose plateau, the serum level of NO in EG was higher than that in CG. The serum level of IL-1?IL-6 and IL-8 in EG and the incidence of AHAD were lower than those in CG (P<0.05~0.001). Conclusions: The Gaoyuankang capsules can prominently increase the NO content of blood serum and decrease the IL-1?IL-6 and IL-8 content of blood serum, and the incidence of AHAD is less in people swiftly entered plateau.
