摘要
基于控制器局域网标定协议,用结构化编程的方法设计了界面灵活友好的标定系统。高级串行通讯协议CAN和CAN标定协议的应用,使本标定系统的标定平台和ECU的通讯稳定可靠、准确和快速,通讯波特率可达500 kbit/s。镜像内存和标定内存的使用优化了对ECU的读写过程。高效的数据管理实现了上层标定数据、标定变量的参数文件和控制器FLASH内存中标定参数之间的准确动态连接。本标定系统已经成功用于GD 1高压共轨电控柴油机,发动机的性能和排放得到了很大的改善。
An interactive user-friendly calibration system was developed based on CAN Calibration Protocol(CCP)in structural programming model.The advanced serial communication protocol CAN and CCP were implemented in this calibration system,which provided reliable,accurate and quick communication between ECU and the calibration platform with baud rate up to 500kbit/s.The utilization of mirror memory and calibration RAM technique optimized the writing and reading processes to the calibration RAM of the controller.The efficient database management has been used to achieve accurate dynamical link among the calibration data,parameter file of calibration variables in calibration platform and calibration value in ECU flash memory.This system has been successfully used in GD-1 high pressure common rail electronically controlled diesel engine, and the engine performances and its exhaust emissions were significantly improved.
