摘要
近年来 ,分子数量遗传学的快速发展 ,使作物复杂数量性状尤其是经济性状的 QTL 研究取得了巨大进展 ,大大促进了复杂数量性状的遗传改良和分子操纵 .本文从分子标记连锁图谱的构建、QTL 定位方法及效应分析、精细定位和 QTL 验证及应用等方面综述了二十多年来作物 QTL 的研究进展 ,讨论当前 QTL 研究中存在的问题 ,并展望了作物 QTL 研究的发展前景 .
With the rapid development of molecular quantitative genetics,the QTL mapping of crop complex quantitative traits,especially economic traits,has made great progress in these years.This promotes the genetic improvement and molecular manipulation of those complex quantitative traits.Research progress in crop quantitative trait loci within the last two decades is summarized based on the construction of molecular marker linkage map,QTL mapping methods and effect analysis,QTL fine mapping,verification and application in this paper.Problems existing in QTL analysis are discussed and its development is envisaged.
