摘要
观察甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯 (HEMA) -胶原抗菌药物缓释膜对烧伤创面的促愈合作用。制备包裹有磺胺嘧啶银 (SD -Ag)的HEMA -胶原抗菌药物缓释膜 ,观察测定其对SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤模型的作用。结果表明 ,实验组大鼠不同时间点的创面愈合率均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,愈合时间明显缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )。组织学观察表明实验组愈合创面上皮化程度好于对照组。HEMA -胶原抗菌药物缓释膜可有效地促进大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合 ,具有应用前景。
To observe the promotion of burn wound healing of HEMA-collagen antibacterial medicinal sustained-release membrane. HEMA-collagen membranes were prepared encapsulating silver sulfadiazine, SD rat models of deep second-degree burn were established for the observation of its effect on burn wound healing. Compared with the control group,the healing rate of the experiment group was higher and the healing time was shorter obviously(P<0.05).It was indicated by histology examination that the proliferation condition of epidermis was much better in the experimental group. HEMA-collagen antibacterial medicinal sustained-release membrane is a promosing dressing for its promotion of deep second-degree burn wound healing.
