电针足三里穴对大鼠失血性休克的治疗作用 被引量:11

Therapeutic Effects of Electro-acupuncture to “Zusanli”Points in Haemorrhage-shocked Rats

摘要 目的:观察电针足三里穴对失血性休克大鼠平均动脉压(MAP)、心率、存活时间及存活率的影响.方法:取40只健康成年SD雄性大鼠(200~240 g)随机平均分为假失血组(Sham)组、失血性休克(Hem)组、足三里组、非经非穴组.建立大鼠失血性休克模型后,分别以Sham组、Hem组、非经非穴组为对照,观察电针足三里穴对Hem大鼠是否具有治疗作用.结果:Hem组与非经非穴组MAP始终维持较低水平;心率回升幅度较低;生存状况较差.电针足三里后,休克大鼠的MAP进行性回升;心率回升幅度显著增大;生存状况明显改善.结论:电针足三里穴对失血性休克大鼠具有潜在的治疗作用. Objective: To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture(EA)“Zusanli” points of rats on experimental hemorrhagic(Hem) shock, through observing mean arterial pressure(MAP), heart rate(HR), survival time and survival rates. Methods: Forty SD male rats(220±20 g) were equally divided into four groups at random,including Sham hemorrhagic group, Hem shock group, EA group and non-acupoints group. Rats were subjected to Hem shock or Sham surgical procedures. And Hem shock was induced by intermittent withdrawing of blood until MAP stabilized for 5 minutes within the range of 25 to 30 mmHg. Then “Zusanli” points were electro-acupunctured by constant voltage pulses. The effects of electro-acupuncture to “Zusanli” points on MAP, HR, survival time and survival rates of haemorrhage-shocked rats were observed at the same time. Results: When the haemorrhage-shocked model was stable,application of the electro-acupuncture to “Zusanli” points reversed the marked hypotension (24±2 mmHg in the Hem group, 27±4 mmHg in the Hem+ non-acupoints group versus 62±3 mmHg in the Hem+EA group), reverted the slow HR (the heart rates were 332±28, 337±19 and 368±22 beats per minute respectively in the three groups), increased the survival time (Hem=43.8±14 minutes; Hem+non-acupoints= 65.8±33 minutes; Hem+EA>3 hours), and incveased the survival rate (none in the Hem group could survive for more than one hour; 40% of the non-acupoints group could survive one hour, but none could survive over two hours; none in the EA group died when the experiment was over). Conclusion: The present data show that, for the first time, EA“Zusanli” points can significantly reverse the MAP and HR of Hem shock, and increase survival time and survival rates of hypovolemic haemorrhage-shocked rats. It is a potential therapeutic way for Hem shock through electro-acupuncturing “Zusanli” points.
