北京居民血清游离甘油水平及其对甘油三酯水平分类的影响 被引量:6

Serum free glycerol in Beijing residents and its impact on serum triglyceride measurement and classification

摘要 目的 调查血清游离甘油(FG)水平及其与血清甘油三酯 (TG)、年龄、性别等的关系,探讨FG对血清TG水平划分的影响。方法 用高效液相色谱法测定 480例北京居民血清FG,用酶法测定总甘油(TTG),分析FG与TG、年龄和性别的关系及FG对TG水平划分的影响。结果 480例北京居民血清FG平均值 0 082mmol/L,中位数 0 075mmol/L;FG/TG平均值 8 0%,中位数 6 4%;FG和FG/TG女性明显高于男性;TG和TTG高于目前医学决定水平 1 69mmol/L(150mg/dl)的个体分别占 22%和25%。结论 按新的方案对血清TG水平划分,临床TG测定更需具备去除游离甘油的能力。 Objective To investigate serum free glycerol (FG) levels in Beijing residents and their impact on triglyceride (TG) measurement and classification Methods Serum FG concentrations in 480 Beijing residents were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and the total serum glycerol (TTG) levels in the subjects were measured enzymatically Relations of FG to TG, age and sex, and the potential false positive error caused by free glycerol in triglycerides measurement were analyzed Results The average and median values of serum FG in the subjects were 0 082 mmol/L and 0 075 mmol/L and those of FG/TG ratio were 8 0%and 6 4%; FG and FG/TG ratio in women were significantly higher than that in men The percentages of subjects that had TG or TTG levels higher than the medical decision point 1 69 mmol/L(150 mg/dl)were 22% or 25%, respectively Conclusion As new medical decision points have been recommended, there is more need for capabilities of glycerol blanking in triglyceride measurements
