摘要
目的为进一步研究开发石斛属药用植物提供理论基础。方法就近年来国内外有关石斛分子生物学方面研究进行了系统归纳和概括。结果对石斛分子鉴定、基因工程研究进行了总结,同时提出了今后药用石斛分子生物学研究的前景。结论石斛属药用植物分子生物学研究为有效利用、开发、保护及开拓石斛资源创造了条件,也为以突变体和生物检测方法来克隆中药有效成分的功能基因探索了一条新路子。
Objcctive To provide basic theory for further research and development of medical dendrobil.Methods This paper covered the researches of molecular biology of medical dendrobii at home and abroad.Results The molecular identification and genetic engineering were conducted and the prospects concerning the molecular research of medical dendrobii were raised.Conclusion Molecular biology research of medical dendrobii facilitates the utilization,development,protection and source expansion of medical dendrobii,and creates a new way to clone the functional genes of herbal active principles.
