摘要
对镁合金筒形件冲压成形进行了实验研究,确定了镁合金筒形件拉延成形工艺参数.镁合金筒形件拉延成形时,坯料加热温度范围300~400℃,模具温度范围170~210℃,镁合金板材极限拉延比达到2.2;当成形温度低于200℃时,拉延件易产生断裂缺陷,当成形温度高于400℃时,将产生氧化现象,且易起皱;极限拉延比的影响因素主要有坯料加热温度、模具温度、润滑剂选用、模具结构等.
The technological parameters of deep drawing of Mg alloy, such as sheet temperature, tools temperature, choice of lubricant, ratio of drawing, are determined by experiment. The range of sheet temperature is 300~350℃, tools temperature is 170~210℃. Limit drawing ratio (LDR) is reach 2.2. When the sheet temperature is below 200℃, workpiece is prone to be cracked. When the sheet temperature is up to 400℃, workpiece is easy oxidated.
